  2. Knead alteast for 5 to 8 mins.till the time all the ingredients combines together as soft dough.Now leave the dough for 15 mins rest.
  3. After resting for 15 mins again knead that dough to make I soft.
  4. Now make small small ball and roll it in a circle or oval shape.
  5. And fry them and.enjoy with Katha meetha Paani.

  7. Boil the imli/tamarind + jaggery.
  8. Then strain it.
  9. Take half spoon of ghee on a pan heat it and then add crushed blackpepper + imli+Jaggey mixture.
  10. Give it a boil and the. Let it cool.
  11. Now add all remains ingredients of Katha meetha Paani. I.e - black salt+ roasted jeera / cumin powder+ hing /asafoetida + mint leaves paste + 1litre of chiller water.
  12. Now enjoy the gol gappas.
